Recessions is located in the western half of Washington, DC's downtown business district, 1&1/2 blocks west of Connecticut Avenue and 3 blocks south of Dupont Circle (1823 L Street, NW). Easily accessible by foot from either Farragut Metro Subway stations, the lounge is specifically located at the lower level of the Lincoln Suites Hotel on the north side of the street. Borders book store (located on the corner of 18th and L Streets) is diagonally across from us. For those that are driving be aware that L Street is one-way only headed east. The Lincoln Suites sign partially obscures the Recessions sign when you are driving to the club. Parking available next door (just to the left/west of the Lincoln Suites entrance) during weekends for only $5.
